Job Description

We are recruiting for a cleaner/ caretaker to work for a local Authority. The role involves driving to set locations and cleaning the communal areas, this will include, vacuuming and cleaning the carpeted areas, mopping floors, emptying bins, litter picking outside areas.

Maintaining a high level of cleanliness around the area's you are assigned to.

Useful experience

Useful but not essential
You will need to have a basic disclosure check completed and provide 3 years previous work/ educational.
You MUST have a UK driving licence.
The working hours are 7.30am - 3.00pm Monday -Friday 35 hours a week.
The work isn't heavy, but you do need to be physically fit, and there are often lots of stairs to climb. Ability to communicate in English is essential as there will be instruction via phone and face to face contact with the residents.
